Craig Hoschouer is the President of PLE Security & Investigations. Mr. Hoschouer's responsibilities included managing all of the company's business units to include: Special Investigations, Undercover Operations, and Strike Security Services. In addition, Mr. Hoschouer conducts or manages most financial investigations, provides oversight of all undercover investigations, and personally manages all labor dispute/strike security projects. 

Mr. Hoschouer developed PLE Security & Investigation's School Security Program that complies with Ohio's Senate Bill 1, and personally conducts many of the School Security Assessments and writes most of the related School Safety Plans. 

Mr. Hoschouer has successfully completed the training and testing to become RAM-W Certified. The RAM-W (Risk Assessment Methodology for Water Treatment Facilities) Certification was developed for the US Government by Sandia National Laboratories.  This risk assessment methodology can be used to perform vulnerability assessments on a variety of facilities, not only water treatment plants. Mr. Hoschouer has also received training on interview and interrogation techniques, physical security assessments, and executive protection.

Prior to joining PLE Security & Investigations, Mr. Hoschouer was Vice President of Commercial Banking for a large regional bank holding company. In this capacity Mr. Hoschouer managed a large commercial loan portfolio, developed new banking relationships, and performed detailed financial analysis to determine the credit worthiness of borrowers. 

Mr. Hoschouer earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton in August 1996, and is currently working toward a master's degree in criminal justice. Mr. Hoschouer has successfully completed the 475-hour Ohio Peace Officer Basic Training Academy and was a commissioned sheriff deputy from 1996-2002. 

Mr. Hoschouer serves on CityWide Development's Loan & Investment Committee. He has also served as a board member for United Rehabilitation Services of Greater Dayton, United Cerebral Palsy, the Hearing and Speech Center of Greater Dayton, and the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. Mr. Hoschouer is also a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
