SECURITY VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT CHECKLIST

The Security Vulnerability Checklist is a document that helps school personnel perform security assessments on the buildings owned or controlled by their district. The checklist has questions from the following categories:

Once the information is gathered, PLE can provide a sample report template for the school district to use when writing the results or the school district can input the results into our secure web page, or simply email the results to PLE. PLE will then provide a report that not only documents the observations noted during the assessment, but will provide recommendations to resolve any noted deficiencies.
