UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION REPORTING

PLE Security & Investigations is developing a proprietary on-line reporting program for use by our undercover agents and clients. This reporting program offers a secure link (utilizing an SSL or Secure Socket Layer similar to the security utilized by banks) to our file server where the agents can, on a daily basis, input their daily activity and statement of witness reports. Every morning one of our supervisors will review the reports and once approved by our supervisors, the clients will then be able to log on to review the previous days activity as well as all of the reports previously written by our agent.

This system will allow our clients almost real time access to the information compiled by the agent, will allow for the client to sort the information by date, location, type of offense, and suspects or offenders name. Our clients will then be able to print off a customized summary report as often as they wish. This reporting will allow for quicker, more secure communication than otherwise offered by most of of our competitors. Furthermore, by eliminating several lengthy steps that were once required to issue the daily reports, PLE can now offer our undercover investigations services at the same price we offered these services 10 years ago.   

STRIKE SECURITY REPORTING

PLE Security & Investigations is developing a proprietary on-line reporting program for use by our strike security specialists and clients. This reporting program offers a secure link (utilizing an SSL or Secure Socket Layer similar to the security utilized by banks) to our file server where the on-site evidence coordinator or site commander can, on a daily basis, input their post activity and incident reports. Every morning one of our supervisors will review the reports and once approved by our supervisors, the clients will then be able to log on to review the previous days activity as well as all of the incident reports previously documented at the strike location.

This system will allow our clients almost real time access to the information compiled at the strike location, will allow for the client to sort the information by date, location, post number, and type of incident. Our clients will then be able to print off a customized summary report as often as they wish. This reporting will allow for quicker, more secure communication than otherwise offered by most of of our competitors.

By having access to this up-to-date information at will and by being able to sort it as you wish, our clients will now be able to write affidavits and petition the courts for an injunction more quickly than ever before. Filing and winning injunctions limiting the number of striking workers who can picket will create a safer work environment for those employee who are not on strike, as well as your contractors, vendors, customers and others who visit your facility during a work stoppage.

PLE SECURITY & INVESTIGATION'S HAS DEVELOPED THE SAFETY SPECTRUM, A QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE FOR TEACHERS TO 59 CRISIS MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES    

The Safety Spectrum is a complete ready reference guide to managing 59 crisis events. The Safety Spectrum has many notable features:

• There are seven color coded tabs that improve the ease of use of the Safety Spectrum.

• Besides the complete table of contents near the front of the book, each of the seven section’s contents is again listed on the back of each tab.
• Certain phrases or words are highlighted to emphasize critical components of each emergency protocol.
• The back cover was designed to be longer than the front cover in order to protect the tabs; therefore, making the tabs less prone to damage.
• The appendix, which is located in the rear of the Safety Spectrum, has a sample incident report and bomb threat checklist that can be used if necessary.
• The last six pages of the Safety Spectrum are blank pages where school or classroom specific information can be added by the school district.
• The inside of the back cover contains a pouch in which additional school or classroom specific information, such as the classroom student roster, can be kept.

 The Safety Spectrum was developed in conjunction with our comprehensive crisis plan (See the School Security Section of this Web Site). The comprehensive crisis plan has been reviewed and approved by multiple law enforcement agencies, other emergency responders, as well as superintendents.
